Are the products 100% homemade?

Every ceramic piece and every candle is lovingly hand-poured by us – exclusively from high-quality, non-toxic materials. Our posters, however, are produced externally on paper, as current circumstances do not yet allow us to print them ourselves.

Are purchases excluded from exchange?

This depends on the circumstances. An exchange because the product is not aesthetically pleasing is not possible. If damage occurs during transport, a replacement can of course be sent after proof (e.g. by photo). Please take photos of the packaging immediately and send them to bubelou@gmx.com.

When will I receive my order?

Since your favorite piece is handmade directly after your order, production may take a few days due to drying time, etc., until it is finally shipped. Your patience will be rewarded.

Can I request special wishes?

You've found a great product, but you don't like the color or design? No problem. Send your wishes, along with your order number, immediately after placing your order to bubelou@gmx.com and I will confirm your request as soon as possible.
